Plot hole: Since the criminals who used the dogs to rob the bank in the first movie were never apprehended (No criminal worth their salt would tell the authorities their caper was spoiled because the canines ran off with their loot), there is no way the people who are hunting the dobermans in the beginning of this movie would know the dogs were still carrying the cash. Other mistake: Legendary wrestler Antonino Rocca makes a cameo appearance in the movie. He is, as correctly listed in the closing credits, one of the "Funeral Attendants" together with Michael Weil. Continuity mistake: Just before the concert in central London, the coach with the football supporters drives past Hero and Rockbottom and stops at the traffic lights. It is then seen driving along the road, then stopped again at the same traffic light junction.
Other mistake: When the former pimp brings fresh flowers for Rosa's tomb, the gravestone says she died in 1972, but both the inspector and his colleague said on separate occasions that the murder happened 4 years before - and the movie is set in 1975 and at the exact same day of her death. Continuity mistake: As Bob crashes his car into the caravan, you can see that the car is already damaged.
Revealing mistake: By order of the shrewd Harry Webb, the helicopter just destroyed the Cessna on the ground. The two guys decide that they are gonna walk back to civilization. Cut to the vehicle driving to the explosion site, and you can see in the desert sand ahead of the jeep fresh tire tracks from previous takes. And it keeps happening during the desert chase. Continuity mistake: Right after the last song John Paul Jones is seen taking his guitar off and resting it on an amp.The scene switches to Robert and when he points to his right JPJ is repeating the action.
Continuity mistake: When the sniper starts shooting at the audience, at one point he hits a guy in the press sector. However the blood splatter at the victim's shirt appears yet before the bullet actually breaks the window.

Continuity mistake: The movie opens with a gang of thieves taking the luggage of several Japanese tourists distracted by a guy pretending to defecate on the lawn. One of the robbers is snatching a bright red suitcase in the first shot, which turns into a plain brown suitcase in the next. Also in this second shot one of the bags is lying on the street, while in the previous they were all on the sidewalk. (00:02:40)
