Continuity mistake: When the team are about to jump from the cable car into the river, the view from ground level shows a bare road with no snow on it on the right and a line of trees on the left with German trucks parked next to them, but the view from the cable car shows a snow-covered road and no trucks beside the trees. Continuity mistake: When the spaceship first springs a leak and begins to sink, the interior shots show it tilting to starboard; Taylor falls against the starboard bulkhead and the other two survivors need to brace themselves from slipping. All of the exterior shots of the ship show it level from port to starboard.

Continuity mistake: When Barbarella first has to go down for an emergency crash landing, she puts her right arm up to her head in panic. However in the next shot it is her left arm that is up to her head instead of her right. (00:12:35)
Continuity mistake: During the bombardment of the British Consulate, there are several continuity errors, including a self-repairing window and blind situated behind the piano. And it cannot be put down to the nature of the film because several errors have been carefully avoided.
Continuity mistake: Just after the opening credits, Gregg Parker arrives at a fire site, in a helicopter, with a woman he met on a plane. He has a conversation with Chance Buckman as the rotor on the copter slows down to a near stop. As the conversation continues, they cut to a slightly different shot, with the copter still in the field of view, only the rotor is now turning quite rapidly.
Continuity mistake: When Matt and Freya are in the car chase, the driver's side of Matt's car is badly damaged. After escaping their pursuers, they drive off (in the same car) and return to Copenhagen. When Matt pulls into town, the side of the car is intact again.
Continuity mistake: During the song "Hey Bulldog," before the song starts the dogs are on a leash barking. When the song starts and the dogs stop barking, the leash disappears.
