Visible crew/equipment: During the Quidditch match Harry's broomstick tries to shake him off, due to the spell. After Hermione tells Ron, "Leave it to me," in Harry's last close-up before he flips over, the seat that is attached to the broomstick, to make it more comfortable for Dan Radcliffe to sit on, is entirely visible. Glimpses of other seats can be had during the match as well. (01:20:50)
Visible crew/equipment: In the dueling scene, when Snape pulls Malfoy back onto his feet, a cameraman is visible kneeling down on the far left of the screen (Widescreen version only). (01:07:46 - 01:20:00)
Visible crew/equipment: After Beauxbaton's entrance into the dining hall, Fleur bows in a close-up with the wood platform directly behind her, and then Dumbledore kisses Madame Maxime's hand. In the next shot, when Dumbledore quickly runs up onto the platform to introduce Durmstrang, there is a white mark on the wood which he promptly stands on. This mark is not on the platform in either the previous or following shots. (00:17:40)
Visible crew/equipment: In the Room of Requirement, during the Patronus lesson Harry walks behind Ginny, who stands between two other girls, and she says, "Expecto Patronum!" As the Patronus exits her wand, just before the shot cuts away, in the reflection behind the girls we can catch a glimpse of the camera, cameraman and crew member wearing a short-sleeved tee, between and behind the reflections of Ginny and the blonde girl. Visible crew/equipment: At dinner, just after Harry takes the plate from Petunia and as Aunt Marge says, "A bit more," referring to the brandy Vernon pours, in the left glass door of the hutch behind Vernon, there is a nice clear reflection of a crew member lowering his white sleeved arm off screen. Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the Quidditch match, when Ron shouts, "Woo hoo!" with his arms raised, just as his cape flaps around the black seat on the actor's broom becomes visible. There are a couple of other quick glimpses of a seat during the Quidditch match. (01:38:45)
Visible crew/equipment: During the main Harry and Voldemort duel in the courtyard, there is an aerial shot of the duel, with Voldemort on the left and Harry on the right. Between them, in one of the arches of the alley, a cameraman in black is visible for about one second.
