Love's A Witch (series 6, episode 5)

Mistake Continuity: Just after Olivia has killed Mr. Montana and everyone goes running up to see what has happened, Phoebe waves to Paige through the window of the Calloway's house which is shown to be right next door to the Montana's house. Earlier in the episode it had been established that they lived across the street.

Mistake Continuity: When Chris orbs to the manor after Paige has returned home, his hair is brushed to lay mostly flat and behind his head, with a part on the left side of his scalp. When he comes into the kitchen shortly thereafter, his hair is shaggy and unkempt, with a part in the middle.

My Three Witches (series 6, episode 6)

Mistake Revealing: Before Jason Dean is shot outside the penthouse, Phoebe is waving her hands trying to convince him that the world is not real and you can already see blood on her fingers.

Mistake Plot hole: Phoebe's empathic powers result in Gith accidentally creating a world based on Jason's desires instead of Phoebe's. But if Gith was just using his own powers to perceive the Charmed Ones' desires, why did Chris give him a list of those desires?

Sword and the City (series 6, episode 8)

Mistake Continuity: When Phoebe is walking the Dwarf to the door after finding out Piper pulled the sword from the stone, he steps outside and goes into fast-forward, then stops and goes back to normal speed as he sniffs a flower. During this, in the background, you can see Phoebe, who freezes the whole time.

Mistake Continuity: As Piper is talking to Mordaunt at the Round Table, her fringe changes from in front of her face to behind her ear to in front of her face again.

Little Monsters (series 6, episode 9)

Mistake Continuity: Paige's spell causes Darryl to acquire invulnerability and uncontrollable super strength. When he opens the door of the squad car, he accidentally rips it completely off. When he tries to put the suspect into the back seat, the man flies through the car and barrels out the other side, taking the other door with him. But immediately before this, Darryl high-fives several of his fellow officers, and they are unharmed. They should have been thrown off their feet and suffered multiple fractures in their hands.

Mistake Continuity: When Paige and Phoebe are knocked over by the large monster, the rug moves itself from being spread across the floor to scrunched up under them between shots.

Witchstock (series 6, episode 11)

Mistake Continuity: Robin falls over backwards after Paige dumps a cannister of marbles onto the floor. But Robin wasn't moving at all when this happened. Trying to walk over marbles will make you fall. Standing still while marbles roll around and bounce off your feet? Not so much.

Mistake Plot hole: This episode takes place in 1967, and Penny (Grams) is married to a man named Allen Halliwell who dies in the episode. Allen is supposed to be Penny's "first husband," Patty's father and the Charmed Ones' grandfather. But it was previously established that Patty's father was named Jack, and he died in 1964.

Mistake Plot hole: Paige is sent back to when Grams was her age; this shows that they are family and that they share similar traits. Grams having orange hair is a mistake because Paige's hair is not naturally orange, therefore has nothing to do with genetics.

Mistake Continuity: In this episode, it's 1967 and Grams is young and unrecognizable compared to her older self. But in "That 70's Episode," it's 1975 and she looks just like she does today, not to mention that she has two grandchildren. Grams sure ages quickly...

Mistake Plot hole: In the opening scene, Chris directs Piper and Phoebe on how to vanquish the amorphous demon. He says that it will attack "fast and hard" as soon as it senses Phoebe's magic when she levitates. But Chris had orbed out of the warehouse and back in, and the demon didn't react to the magic. Later in the episode, it is specifically attracted to a use of orbing, several times.

Mistake Factual error: Phoebe, who has moved to Hong Kong, tells Paige that she, Paige, was born in the Year of the Ox. But Paige was born in 1977, the Year of the Snake. 1973 was the Year of the Ox.

Mistake Plot hole: When Piper and Phoebe appear in the past, Penny chides them not to "use [their] magic so openly." Immediately thereafter, Penny uses magic to turn some police officer's night sticks into flowers. That was some pretty open use of magic, right there.

Mistake Plot hole: After Paige changes the past, the ghost of Grams changes from a no-nonsense demon-hunter into a pacifist hippie. So, apparently, we are now in an alternate timeline where Grams never became assertive, and stayed a hippie all her life. The episode went to great lengths to establish that if Grams had stayed a hippie, she and the Charmed Ones would have all died young. But the ghost of Grams was still middle-aged, instead of decades younger, and Wyatt was still there, but he wouldn't have been if his mother Piper had died as a child.

Prince Charmed (series 6, episode 12)

Mistake Continuity: When Piper, Paige and Phoebe are having a food fight, Piper freezes the cake, then she throws it at Paige who suddenly has a mysterious stain on her top. Then Piper has orange food on her hands even though she hasn't touched anything orange, and the stain on Paige's top has gone.

Mistake Other: During the second attack on Wyatt, when he lets his force field down the top of head is transparent from the special effects.

Used Karma (series 6, episode 13)

Mistake Continuity: In the scene when Piper is fighting off demons by herself at the start of the episode and Phoebe and Paige come to help her, she narrowly misses a fireball and jumps down to the ground to dodge it. In the shot before, her forehead is un-injured, but as she dives to the ground you see that she is already bleeding from her forehead, *before* she actually hurts it.

The Legend of Sleepy Halliwell (series 6, episode 14)

Mistake Other: When Phoebe arrives back from her vision quest to find Piper has been kidnapped she tries to sense from the frozen students which one created the headless horseman. As Gillion, Paige, Chris and Phoebe walk into the conservatory you see Zachery blink rather obviously.
