Ordinary Witches - S7-E11

Continuity mistake: In the second to last scene where Piper tests her powers on the lamp and Phoebe is cleaning, you can see Piper's bra strap when she blows up the lamp but when she turns to face Phoebe its covered. Through out the scene it's covered and exposed without her ever adjusting her shirt.

House Call - S5-E13

Continuity mistake: Leo orbed from the Manor to Hell while it was full daylight. He orbed Jessica straight to the church, there was a brief scene, and then Leo and Paige orbed directly back to the Manor, but by the time they arrived it was completely dark. (00:31:45 - 00:33:45)

Muse to My Ears - S4-E9

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode, in the scene at P3, Phoebe launched a jump kick at a warlock after Paige has been knocked down by a small energy ball. Everybody else in the club was frozen by Piper, but when Phoebe lands she jostles a blonde extra who moves from her pose.

Prince Charmed - S6-E12

Other mistake: During the second attack on Wyatt, when he lets his force field down the top of head is transparent from the special effects.

Coyote Piper - S3-E9

Revealing mistake: After Phoebe has her premonition in the mausoleum, she wipes away the dust from the crypt to reveal Cole's father's name. Just BEFORE they show her wiping the dust away, you can see the letters in the shot of her leaning against the crypt.

Centennial Charmed - S5-E12

Continuity mistake: Paige's headstone reports her year of birth as 1975. But in episode 4-2: "Charmed Again, Part Two," Paige spoke with the nun to whom she was given as an infant on August 2, 1977, and Paige is always described as having been "given up at birth" by Patty and Sam. (00:27:15)

Used Karma - S6-E13

Continuity mistake: In the scene when Piper is fighting off demons by herself at the start of the episode and Phoebe and Paige come to help her, she narrowly misses a fireball and jumps down to the ground to dodge it. In the shot before, her forehead is un-injured, but as she dives to the ground you see that she is already bleeding from her forehead, *before* she actually hurts it. (00:02:30)

We All Scream for Ice Cream - S3-E10

Continuity mistake: When the girls are saying goodbye to their father, Phoebe hugs him around the neck, then lowers her arms while they talk. When her father says "About anything," her left arm jumps back up to being around his neck, and in the next shot, it's down at the side again. (00:40:20)

Primrose Empath - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: When Prue is in the basement with the priest she has curly hair, but when she comes upstairs to vanquish Vinceres it is completely straight, but she definitely didn't have time to straighten it.

All Halliwell's Eve - S3-E4

Other mistake: Approximately four minutes into the episode, two demons go to the manor. Pru catches them and "throws" them to the one side. Her arm motion would fling them to the right, but they fly to the left. (00:04:15)

Pardon My Past - S2-E14

Continuity mistake: In the teaser, when Phoebe physically experiences a past memory, the left strap of her bra is pulled off her shoulder. She then collapses to the ground. When her sisters find her the bra strap is back up on her shoulder. (00:03:25)

Suggested correction: By the time the camera pans to Phoebe and the sisters there she's starting to sit up. They were concerned in fixing her clothing because Dan and Leo were there.

Cheaper by the Coven - S7-E3

Plot hole: When Grams is summoned for Chris's wiccaning, she reminds Piper of "the talk" they had when she was a teenager, about how important and special being a witch was to Grams and how it would be to the girls someday. But in the first episode, the girls have no inkling they are witches, and when they find out it's passed through the maternal line, they wonder if Patty or Grams was a witch - suggesting that they aren't sure or have no memories of them as witches. I know there was some memory altering at certain points, but why would Grams have a conversation specifically about how great it is to be a witch and then erase that?

Sin Francisco - S3-E18

Other mistake: At the start of the episode when Prue and Phoebe are walking down the street (just before they find the box), the person with the green jacket on (in the background) reaches into the homeless man's hat and just "scrapes" the bottom of it. Not putting any money in, or taking any money out - a completely pointless action. (00:02:05)

Witch Trial - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: When the book was taken, Phoebe has her necklace above her shirt, but when she runs downstairs, her necklace is underneath her shirt and then is back on top of her shirt again. (00:06:15 - 00:18:25)

Paige: Well, you wanted to live like us. Now you get to die like us.

Answer: That was a mistake in the series.

Also, the episode is called 'Babies First Demon' and this alone tells us that it's Wyatt's first time in the field (so to speak) and as the sisters say, they've done a good job of clearing up their own magical messes so far. Nobody really knows how advanced Wyatt's powers are, or will become. That's why the cleaners appear, to nip things in the bud. The Cleaners didn't want to chance that the sisters could clean Wyatt's magic up, just incase they couldn't. Therefore intervening themselves, just in case.

Chosen answer: When the cleaners first surface in season 6 it is mentioned that usually the girls have been able to clean up their own messes (as seen in season 3 episode 22 when Phoebe turns back time thus concluding in the death of Prue).

Answer: Because they wanted them to fix their own mistakes.
