Deliberate "mistake": In 'be careful what you witch for' the wishes were reversed if the genie went back into the bottle, but in this episode the different genies went back in the bottle several times without the wishes being reversed.

Continuity: Near the beginning when Chris and Phoebe are talking in her office, the loose ends of her scarf switch from being in front of her to being over the back of her shoulders in almost every shot.

Continuity: When Gideon warns Sara not to use magic to put the books in the library back on the shelves, her arms are at her sides. A second later, the shot changes to over her shoulder as Leo orbs in and she has a nearly full armload of books.

Plot hole: Rick is menacing Phoebe with a gun near the end of the episode. Why doesn't Paige orb the gun away from him? In fact, why did Phoebe make Piper stay upstairs? Piper could have frozen Rick, and Paige could have orbed him back to the prison. There were several obvious ways to resolve this situation that would not have caused Rick's death.

Revealing: As Phoebe and Rick are in the car about to do the robbery, she pulls out in front of the armoured van and as she drives out onto the road you see Phoebe's stunt doubles face.

Continuity: After Chris seals up the cave, he is walking towards Leo. Look in the background and you will see the Piper cocoon. How can this be, because after the spider demon is killed, we see Piper is ok.

Visible crew/equipment: When Paige is meant to be hanging from the banister by the web, the footings holding her up are visible.

Visible crew/equipment: When Phoebe and Paige are trapped against the wall/stairs by the web, the seat that Paige rests on is visible - also note the decorative stair baluster has been removed.

Continuity: When Paige is thrown onto her back after she has tried touching the 'Piper-cocoon' Her hands and the colored strings change positions between shots.

Continuity: When Paige is at P3, her mobile phone changes positions between shots.

Revealing: When Piper is being spun in the web, she spins around and gets stuck to the wall. If you look closely Chris's eyes look above the CGI figure and do not follow it correctly.

Continuity: When Chris's hand gets stuck to the first aid kit, the position of his hand changes between shots.

Continuity: When the spider demon cocoons Piper, Paige throws a blue potion (the vanquishing potion) at her, Chris catches it and jumps over the couch, knocks Paige to the floor and Phoebe kicks Chris. The potion falls out of Chris hand and rolls into Paige's open hand, it has now turned yellow (the antidote) Paige grabs it as she stands and throws it at the spider demon again and it has now turned back into the blue potion.

Plot hole: When Sheila arrives at the manor she says something along the lines of, "It's becoming a habit isn't it? Me turning up a wreck," but the last time she went to the manor a 'wreck' was because Darryl was in trouble and the cleaners erased her memory, so she wouldn't remember turning up all upset.

Other: Isn't it amazing that both evil Paige and good Paige have the same exact rocks on their "sides" when they're fighting in the underworld?

Revealing: This is definitely noticeable in series 7 (which is not an option on MM as yet). When Leo is on top of the bridge meditating; the water shown in the background is not moving. Also, cars on the bridge move, but often change speeds rather dramatically (sometimes moving fast and other times moving incredibly slowly).

Continuity: Season 7 Episode 22 "Something Wicca This Way Goes": Tim's eyes keeps changing from opened to closed at the morgue with Zankou.

Continuity: In the episode "Something Wicca This Way Goes," Phoebe's shoes change between shots. Near the end, while fighting Zankou in the basement, he hurls the sisters to the ground and Phoebe is shown wearing sandals. When she stands up, she is now wearing sneakers.

Continuity: Season 7 Episode 22 "Something Wicca This Way Goes": The hole where the demon throws an energy ball through the roof is gone when the doors close.

Visible crew/equipment: When Paige explains to Phoebe that someone tried to kidnap baby Chris, when the shot is on Paige you can see the white tape of the actor's cue marks on the floor.
