Revealing mistake: At World Picture Corp, when John and the guy with the broken clavicle are lowered from the overhead joists they're both wearing lifebelts buckled around their waists. The problem is that once they reach the ground, we can see the additional carabiner attached to John's lifebelt, which is also attached to extra green support protruding from under John's shirt. We can also see the victim's additional carabiner going under his flannel shirt. While Roy is on the line with Rampart, when John removes the victim's lifebelt, the extra carabiner is still protruding from under the victim's shirt and John places his hand over it. (00:27:00)

Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the episode there is a camera visible in the oval office. After President Bartlet and Toby leave the office an attendant enters to turn off the lamps in the oval office. The scene widens as the lamps are turned off such that the audience can see the entire darkened room. The production equipment, a camera on tripod, and even a crewmember's leg are visible between the penultimate and final lamps being turned off. (00:41:50)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie, Cmdr Owens lands an F-14, number 200. Immediately after landing while the plane is raising its tail hook, we see the number 203 on the right wing flap, then after a short cutaway, we see the plane again taxi to the right but now the right wing flap's number is back to 200. Visible crew/equipment: After Ross breaks up with Elizabeth, when she throws the water balloons at him and he starts walking away, a crew member's feet are seen standing on a windowsill behind Ross. Additionally, when Ross has exited the building, just as Elizabeth calls to him and he turns around we can see a crewmember, presumably standing beside the second camera, at the bottom left corner of the screen. We know it's not a passerby because he is as tall as the second story window behind him, which means he's elevated on a platform or ladder. (00:19:15)

Continuity mistake: After Letty saves Brian he is lying on the ground, and his unzipped sweatshirt changes from being open and completely off his chest in the overhead shot, to partially covering his chest in the side shot, and then back to off his chest. (00:58:30)

First, after the ropes get taught when it starts pulling the vault, the shot of the team is flipped; and second, after Jack gets on his knees just as the bank moves around him, once again the shot of the team is flipped.

Continuity mistake: When Carina escapes from her jail cell, just after we hear Mayor Dix dedicate the Royal Bank of St. Martin, in the closeup we see the locked shackle around Carina's left wrist and the hanging links with the other shackle dangling. Then when Mr. Swift sees Carina handling his telescope, in this closeup we see the shackle links are hanging the opposite way, revealing that the locked shackle around her left wrist had been the dangling shackle from the earlier shot.
