Continuity mistake: When Snow walks into the bedroom upstairs there is nothing beside Dopey's bed, but when Doc reaches his arm through the open door while holding the lantern, there's a window and dresser beside Dopey's bed.

Other mistake: When the Dwarfs first leave the mine entrance, the first few animation cells seem to have been omitted, so that at first the entrance is empty and then the Dwarfs appear out of thin air.

Continuity mistake: When Snow White is lying in the glass coffin, the Dwarfs remove the glass top and kneel around her, but in the next wideshot Grumpy and Sneezy have switched positions with each other.

Continuity mistake: When Snow White opens the door to the cottage of the Seven Dwarfs, there's a latch hook attached to the door handle, but when the Dwarfs return home and Doc opens the door that latch is gone, but it's back again when Dopey slams into the door.

Satan's Witches - S3-E17

Continuity mistake: When Starsky and Hutch are driving up to Dobey's cabin, park near the lake, and then drive into town for supplies, the car's license plate is attached to the driver's side of the front bumper as it should be, but when they're in town the plate is now attached to the passenger side of the bumper, and it's not a flipped shot. At the end, when Hutch tells Starsky he wants to leave, the license plate is back where it should be.

Continuity mistake: When Bryan is interrogating the man using the electrical chair, after he flips the switch the first time, Bryan is seen taking off his tie. However, after Bryan flips the switch the second time, in one of his closeups Bryan is wearing the tie, but in following shots the tie is gone again. (01:05:35)

Continuity mistake: After the Queen's transformation into the Witch she heads to the Dwarfs' cottage, and when it cuts to the shot of Doc leaving the cottage there are two steps at the front door, but in the next shot there's only one step. The steps change in other shots as well.

Visible crew/equipment: When Buck and Manolito are riding back with the little girl, right after Big John sees them, a white vehicle appears at the left of the screen. (00:54:00 - 00:55:00)

Continuity mistake: The Dwarfs' cottage has a window beside the front door which has a line of circles at the top and an irregular geometric pattern below, but when the animals hear the Dwarfs singing "Heigh-Ho" they rush downstairs, and as they pass that window it now has all circles.

Continuity mistake: When Harold's manuscript is wrapped up and tied with string, we see three closeups of the front with large black writing. The first closeup is when Harold holds it before he leaves, second when Mary holds it while on the train, and third when Roger Thornby holds it before opening it. The problem is there is no writing whatsoever on the front of the wrapping in all other shots. (00:24:00 - 00:38:25)

Visible crew/equipment: During Marilyn Lovell's nightmare, the crew experiences cabin decompression. Right when the master alarm goes off, you see a piece of monofilament attached to Jim Lovell's suit hose, used to try and simulate zero G to make the hose appear to be floating. (00:13:20)

Visible crew/equipment: After Alice rejects Hamish's proposal she does a bit of the Futterwacken, and when it cuts to a shot of everyone in front of the gazebo, the blue tape mark can be seen on the grass in front of Lord Ascot. It looks like there's also a yellow tape mark on the grass in front of Faith Chattaway. (01:38:15)

Visible crew/equipment: When Lorelai argues with Richard in his study, nothing gets resolved and Richard says that he's tired, then in the last shot of Lorelai we can see a crew member's fingers holding equipment, at the right side of the screen. (00:25:55)

Visible crew/equipment: When the new maid tells Emily the dinner is ready even though it's only 6:30, Emily concedes and they all head to the dining room, and just as Emily says they all can be in bed by 9:00, we can see the boom pole and mic in the living room behind them, at the top of the screen. Continuity mistake: After Dean kisses Rory the second time, when Rory joins Lorelai in her bedroom the lamp sits atop a simple rectangular box to the left of the bed, but in the following shots there's a round table with a pretty table topper and frames, etc. beside the bed. (00:42:00)

Visible crew/equipment: While Lorelai and Luke are in the diner's storeroom, just as Lorelai makes a comment about not knowing what's going on in Rachel's head because she's not a Vulcan, the boom mic dips into view over the white container on the top shelf, at the top right side of the screen.
