Continuity mistake: When Tony and Ziva are first in the pool hall, Tony has 2 balls (1 red, 1 green) in his hand. In one shot they are in his hand next to each other in a horizontal line. Camera changes and now they are next to each other vertically. (00:07:30)

Continuity mistake: In the taxi, the driver says the line "I sing all the time". As he is saying this, there is a shot change. The shot from in front shows his right hand is barely visible next to the steering wheel and semi low. But the shot from behind shows his hand higher with thumb sticking up above the steering wheel. Continuity mistake: When Brian drives up to the street racers meeting in the alley, there is a pipe of some sort hanging from his engine. When he picks Toretto up, it's no longer there. (00:10:00 - 00:24:00)

Itchy and Scratchy: The Movie - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: When there is a queue to see the movie, it stretches right back to the Simpson house, and we see Bart looking through the window. However, when Homer talks to Bart whilst sitting on the window, the queue has disappeared. (00:16:45)

Other mistake: During the Quidditch match, Hermione looks in her binoculars up to where Harry is. If you look at the reflection in the binoculars, you can see Harry flailing around. She then looks over at Snape, but when we see the reflection in the binoculars, we still see Harry, as if she was looking up towards him. (01:20:40)

Revealing mistake: When Bart tells Otto not to leave due to Milhouse not being on the bus, when Otto replies you can see that his left arm up to the headphone cable flashes pink for a frame. (00:07:45)

Continuity mistake: When Hermione is saying to Harry and Ron "You won't make a fool of yourself, it's in your blood," Harry and Ron have several books with them, but straight after, right before the staircase moves, they have no books in their hands. (01:00:35)

Continuity mistake: While the first years are waiting at the top of the stairs just before being lead into the Great Hall for the first time, Ron's robes switch from being fully opened, to closed, then back again. (00:40:00)

Itchy and Scratchy: The Movie - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Marge is talking to Bart's teacher, Marge is "punished" by writing lines on the blackboard. In the first shot of her doing so she has written the line 9 times, but in the next shot there are 11 lines. (00:05:10)

Continuity mistake: As the students board the Hogwarts Express to go home, the cuts on Harry's face, particularly near his eye, differ in severity during this scene depending on the camera angle in a given shot. (02:21:55)

Continuity mistake: Rodd's hair is black when him and Todd are in bed singing. It can't be because it's dark, because Todd's hair is unchanged. (00:15:10)

Continuity mistake: In the scene straight after the Quidditch match where Harry, Hermione and Ron are telling Hagrid about their suspicions of Snape, you will see all three are wearing scarves tied in different ways. When there's a change of shots, the creases in the scarves change. This happens mostly with Hermione's. (01:23:55)

Revealing mistake: When Harry and Hagrid are at Gringotts and are pulling up in the cart to Harry's vault, in the overhead shot you can see the various levels bellow them. In the next shot in the lower left corner you can see what appears to be blue screen just bellow the walking surface. (00:22:10)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Harry, Ron, and Hermione are walking towards Hagrid after their exams, Hermione is carrying a brown satchel in her right hand. Then Harry says, "Why didn't I see it before!" and they run. While they are running she does not have the satchel in either hand, her empty left hand is visible in a few frames as she swings her hands at the side of her body. Then when they get to Hagrid she has the satchel in her left hand. (01:46:40)

Continuity mistake: When Homer and Barney are talking about the lottery, Barney says, "130 million." Then, they set their mugs on the table but when they all run off their mugs have disappeared. (00:01:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When Uncle Vernon falls out of Harry's window, in the interior shot as he yells, "No, no, no, no, no!" leg pads are visible under Vernon's pajamas as his legs fly out the window. (00:10:00)

Continuity mistake: On the Hogwarts Express, Hermione first watches as Ron tries to turn Scabbers yellow, she then joins them inside before she actually leaves and in these consecutive shots, her tie differs. (00:36:30)

Continuity mistake: When Marge and Homer are arguing about Don Quixote, Marge's pillow disappears from under her head. (00:09:50)

Continuity mistake: At Hagrid's hut, when he places the dragon egg on the table, the book lies right next to the cup and saucer. Yet in the shots looking up from the edge of the table, directly in front of Hagrid and the egg/Norbert, the book and cup/saucer are far apart for these particular shots. (01:39:50)

Continuity mistake: When Parker is engulfed in flames, he pulls out his handgun and shoots through the helmet in his right temple. In the next shot, there is neither a bullet hole nor blood stain on his helmet. (00:24:25)
