Continuity mistake: In the office with Q there is smoke coming from his pipe, when the shot next goes to Bond, there is no smoke at all. (00:12:15)

Continuity mistake: When Dent walks into the room to be questioned by Dr. No we don't see the table with the spider cage in the first side shot but Dent only walks a few feet from the chair, and suddenly there's a table. (00:38:00)

Other mistake: In the opening credits, Eric Rogers' surname is spelled as "Rodgers." (00:02:20)

Other mistake: In the closing credits, John Kitzmiller's name is misspelt "John Kitzmuller". (01:45:50)

Continuity mistake: When Dr No, Bond, and Honey are eating dinner, Bond picks up and flexes a table knife. Then there is a wide shot where his hands are under the table. The next tight shot shows him again flexing the knife, then once again goes to the wide angle showing his hands under the table. (01:27:00)

Continuity mistake: When Dr. No is explaining how he left with $10 million, Bond has his hand raised to his mouth. Camera changes to Dr. No's perspective and Bond's hand is lowered. (01:26:20)

Revealing mistake: When Bond and Honey are made to take showers to clean them of any remaining radioactivity, they are meant to be naked. When Honey gets out of the shower a man holds a towel up for her, but if you look closely you can see that she is wearing a flesh-colored swim suit. (01:16:45)

Continuity mistake: At Strangways', Bond touches a book that is atop a second one on a white bookcase. When we get a closeup of the book (Geological Configuration) the second book has disappeared. (00:23:30)

Continuity mistake: When Bond and M are in the back of the taxi whilst driving in Paris, two white cars can be seen passing the taxi when Bond is speaking, but when the camera cuts to M in the next shot, there is now an orange lorry, and the white cars are nowhere to be seen. (00:20:30)

Continuity mistake: When Bond meets Stacey for the first time at Zorin's reception, he hands his bottle of champagne over to a waiter. At this point, you can see a Chinese couple walking behind Bond and Stacey, but in the next shot the Chinese couple have disappeared and another couple walk by that weren't in the previous shot. (00:33:05)

Continuity mistake: When Bond climbs out of the burning elevator to fetch the hose in order to rescue Stacey, you can see the two cables behind the elevator door are unlit, but after a quick cut to Stacey, we return to the door and the cables are now on fire. (01:26:40)

Character mistake: When Bond and Stacey are in the file room in San Francisco City Hall, Bond pulls out the Division of Mines Paperwork on Zorin's wells and it has "HAYWOOD" written across it. The actual fault is spelled "HAYWARD." (01:21:40)

Continuity mistake: During the steeplechase sequence, Bond is attacked by one of Zorin's exercise boys wearing a yellow helmet. After a quick cut to Zorin looking over his shoulder, we return to Bond and he is now being attacked by a different rider with a dark green helmet, while the rider with the yellow helmet is now at the back of the pack. (00:48:30)

Continuity mistake: When the two guards go down the stable elevator to the laboratory, the amount of straw on the floor of the elevator changes between shots. (00:36:40)

Revealing mistake: When Bond and Tibbitt are in the underground lab the big henchman takes out Tibbitt. When the henchman turns to take out Bond you can see Tibbitt in the background unconscious. It is not Patrick Macnee but a stunt double. (00:38:30)
