Visible crew/equipment: When Michael is street dancing towards the end of the episode, about 5-10 seconds into the routine (as he's shuffling his feet on the floor) look just above the table on the right hand side of the screen. You can easily see a camera crew behind the table. (00:34:10)
Trivia: A lot of scenes in the Christmas Special had to be rewritten days before filming started due to the sudden passing away of Geoffrey Hutchings, who was scripted for a main role in the episode.
Correction: Sam makes it clear she's very embarrassed by that sexual encounter. It would be safe to assume she'd lie and say she didn't cop off.
