Corrected entry: In the graveyard scene while Emma is summoning Captain Hook, large orange cones billowing with fog smoke can be easily seen. The cones are strategically placed throughout the graveyard to produce the eerie fog sequences but are easily seen in many shots. (00:29:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When the horse carriage is ambushed, just as Princess Abigail can be heard screaming "Please, help me", the camera pans downward and a horse wrangler wearing a blue baseball cap can be seen in the lower left hand corner, hiding behind one of the horses. (00:03:20)
Cora: Love is weakness. It feels real now, at the start it always does, but it's an illusion. It fades and then you're left with nothing!
Trivia: Every episode intro you can see something hidden in the intro like a building or a creature or a person. This is the same as Once Upon a Time in Wonderland (2013).

Correction: This is not a mistake. The Underworld is full of such smoking cones, and they can be seen in several episodes. For example, in the first scene of "Labor of Love", the camera pans to a close-up of a cone, and then goes down the cone, to reveal the underground prison below. The cones seem to be some form of ventilation from the underground levels, where Hades dwells - the pit of hell, so to speak.
