As soon as the wheel stops spinning the wheel arch is covered in mud, and when the car drives off by itself after it has been left it in gear, the wheel arch is clean again.
Continuity mistake: When Scooper has won the go-kart race, the rest of the gang rush over to congratulate him - they are all wearing different clothes to what they were wearing earlier on when they were watching the race.
