Continuity mistake: In Owen's flat when Debbie asks Owen if she can move in with him the budgie in the cage changes position between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Kibber, Oates and Finch are riding in the Ford Zephyr after swapping cars after walking over the railway bridge, they pass the same blue and red parked van twice, and also the same rubbish skip with the same cars parked behind it twice.
Continuity mistake: When Ingram is driving the blue Ford Cortina squad car the registration number on the front is DLO97M, and on the rear of the car it is NHK296M.

Continuity mistake: When Carter is running after Deller and Fuller the weather suddenly changes from dry to raining.
Continuity mistake: The man who is robbed at the bookies arrives in a mauve Jaguar that he parks outside the shop, but a few moments earlier, when the robber is crossing the road to enter the shop, he passes the same mauve Jaguar, which is already parked outside the shop.
Continuity mistake: When Regan and Carter are waiting for Cooney to pick them up in the car, look at the row of parked cars behind them when a truck passes between them and the camera. A Ford Capri suddenly appears parked behind the white Ford Anglia.
Continuity mistake: When the squad are following Don on the motorbike in their white Ford Cortina they turn outside a shop called "Chelsea Typewriters". In the shots taken inside the car there is a white Riley parked between the red Fiat and silver Datsun, but in exterior shots there is a space where the Riley is parked.
Continuity mistake: In the pre-title sequence when De Courcey's Rolls-Royce is being followed by the robbers' orange Porsche, the road starts off as a dual carriage way, then as soon as the Porsche overtakes the Rolls the road changes to a single carriage way, and then to a country lane .

Continuity mistake: The fixture list on the inside wall of the cricket pavilion where Cook is hiding state the name of the club as Edgemere but when Regan and Carter are on surveillance in the scoring shed the name has changed to Edgebury.
Tomorrow Man - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: At the end of this episode, when one of the robbers drives off in the grey Vauxhall, Carter drives off after him in the security van. But in the following scenes, when the Sweeney are fighting with the rest of the gang, the security van is still parked where it was before Carter drove off in it.
Continuity mistake: In the final scene when the three squad cars, a Granada, a Triumph and a Cortina, are chasing the villain's Jaguar across the field, the angle changes and the Cortina has disappeared. When the chase changes to a lane the Cortina reappears. (00:46:36 - 00:47:22)
Continuity mistake: Carter is in the betting shop watching Albert Milligan, when Milligan goes out of the shop you can see through the doorway a red Fiat coupé parked outside the shop which is still there when Carter leaves the shop, but when the scene changes to outside the shop the red Fiat is parked outside the shop next door.
Continuity mistake: At the retirement party when the carriage clock is first seen on the table it is showing the time as 10.10 but when it is being presented to the officer the time on the clock is now 10.05.
Continuity mistake: In the final car chase when Cooney jumps out of the car and it crashes into the barrels and explodes there is no-one on the back seat when the Princes should be there. (00:48:00)
Continuity mistake: During the first car chase it's obvious two different cars are used as the squad car reg no NHK295M. On one car the front right hand wing has a broken indicator and damage around it and a radio aerial, the other one has none of this.

Continuity mistake: At the race meeting when Carter is watching Charlie Smith, five horses start the race. Next shot of the race there are at least ten horses running.
Continuity mistake: During the first car chase the boot of the jag opens, and later on in the chase it has shut by itself.
Continuity mistake: During the first car chase, Regan is a passenger in the squad car - the stunt double looks nothing like him.
