Continuity mistake: After being shot, Mike and Sarah video conference with the SSC via KITT's surface screen. During the long shots, KITT's scanner is noticeably off, however in other shot's it is on, although computer generated. (00:20:05)

Continuity mistake: When Sarah's holding the bomb remote at the end, her grip on it is very different in different shots.
Knight to King's Pawn - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: When Michael turns K.I.T.T. around to confront K.A.R.R. he steers to the left, which would make K.I.T.T. slide counter-clockwise, but in the next shot K.I.T.T. slides clockwise.
Revealing mistake: In the morgue when Mike is just about to cover the first dead body, if you look closely you will see the body's eye move. (00:04:10)
