The Protege - S2-E6

Continuity mistake: When Sprague is practising shooting for the second time, we see that Paladin has put up a new target with no holes in it. Sprague draws his revolver and fires three shots but the cut to the target shows 4 holes in the center. He then proceeds to fire the other 3 shots.

Revealing mistake: Maria's Spanish accent keeps disappearing, giving way to the actress' natural American accent, throughout the episode. Her supposedly Spanish aunt's accent is never Spanish to begin with - it's identifiably Austrian.

The Black Hankerchief - S3-E9

The Outlaw - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: In "The Outlaw," when Paladin and Holt talk after Paladin has climbed up the rope, Paladin's black shirt alternates from covered with dirt in the close-up shots to clean in the long shots.

Pancho - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: Paladin rescues Pancho, who has been buried up to his neck in the dirt. Yet, just after he's been dug out, Pancho's clothes are completely clean and dust-free.

Jean G

Continuity mistake: 1-40 "The Statue of San Sebastian": At the end, after Paladin shoots him, Sancho falls forward and rolls onto his left side with his face up. When the padre rushes out of the mission a moment later, the "body" is lying face down, and the priest turns it over again.
