When Alex opens the lid and starts picking at the cupcake toppings, in the shots facing him the top container lid is wide open, but in shots facing Meredith the lid is closed and the cupcakes are untouched. Continuity mistake: In the Yang/Grey scene, Yang is scrubbing and pulls back her mask, seconds later the mask has disappeared. Also her arm has soap on it when Meredith pulls it out, but then suddenly the soap is gone.
