Other mistake: When Drake and Josh are in jail, Drake is making a call on the pay phone. But if you look close you can see he just dialed "2" over and over.
Continuity mistake: When Drake is showing Josh how to be cool, Josh leans up against the wall with wet paint. While Josh is leaning on the wall there's a stripe painted there. Josh stops leaning and looks at the wall and there's no stripe.
Continuity mistake: When Drake starts to lay on the couch with chips, Megan grabs the chips. The autograph on the guitar disappears.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the episode, the cue ball switched places between the scenes when Drake's friend broke and Josh made the off-the-wall shot, and it switched again before Josh made the double shot.
Continuity mistake: The twitch is different when Megan watches it from when he does it.
Other mistake: Drake asks if he can have a Doctor Fizz and his father replies that they are all out. In the next scene with Megan and Josh, in the background there is a full bottle of Doctor Fizz.

Character mistake: In the episode in which the two brothers play pool, when they meet Josh's camp pals before they leave, Josh says "Thanks Ron," but he is talking to the other character.
Factual error: In "The Storm", the lightning is happening at the same time as you hear the thunder, despite being a distance away. Light travels faster than sound, so the lightning should come before the thunder.
Visible crew/equipment: When Josh says that Megan missed him with the tomato or apple prank and the camera cuts to Josh walking to Drake, you can see the boom mic at the top of the screen. (00:06:47)
Continuity mistake: When Drake drank the hot iced tea as a result of eating spicy spaghetti, he only has hot sauce on his upper lip, however in the following shot after that, he has hot sauce all over his face.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene that Drake and Josh return to their room with B-a-a-a-b, the lamb is startled and jumps off the couch. As Drake is running to catch it, a crew member's hand is momentarily visible waving on the left side. (00:20:25)
Revealing mistake: When Josh says "I do not look good in pink panties" in the intro, he looks down below the camera at what we can assume is a script. He also cracks the tiniest smile near the cut, which is breaking character, as he was angry in that moment.
Continuity mistake: Drake is making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in the opening scene of the show and squeezes jelly onto a slice of bread. In the next shot, the slice of bread is clean again, and in the following shot, has jelly on it again.
Visible crew/equipment: When Josh confronts his parents about his theory about Susan liking him, as the camera zooms in you can see the microphone in the upper left hand corner for a second.
Revealing mistake: When Josh is locking up the nuts in a silver tin, Drake asks for some nuts and Josh can't open it, It is quite clear at this point that Josh is holding the top of the tin so he can't open it.
Visible crew/equipment: When Drake tries to cheer up Josh, you can see the studio light reflections in the sit-and-bounce.
Little Diva - S2-E7
Continuity mistake: When Ashley Blake gets hit in the head with the bucket, the bucket lands in the corner of the set. But in the next shot, the bucket disappears.
Factual error: Josh said he's been waiting 15 years for a girl to kiss him, but in a previous episode, Drake's girlfriend kissed him.
Audio problem: Season 2, episode 18 "Drake and Josh Go to Hollywood": During Drake's song at the end, the drummer is out of sync with the song. There are also several instances where the song has a drum fill in it, and the drummer does not play it.
