Continuity mistake: The torpedo shifts several metres forward between the moment it reaches the shore and the moment, just a second later, when Steve comes out.
Continuity mistake: During the fight, the African-American man gets up from the bushes where he's lying and aims a kick at Steve, his sweatpants spotless. One frame later, they're suddenly covered in dirt.
Continuity mistake: When Steve pushes the car downhill, the passenger door is undamaged. In the next shot, however, it suddenly has a large dent.
Continuity mistake: When Steve jumps down the wall, dirt and a branch suddenly appear on the sloped section of the wall right as he lands.
Continuity mistake: When Steve jumps up the wall, jumps down, and later climbs up to a window, his high-heeled boots switch to flat shoes.
Continuity mistake: When Steve removes the steering wheel from the car and the bad guys stare in awe, the background behind them shows foliage. However, the wide shot reveals they are actually next to a cliff.
Continuity mistake: Right before the car rolls down the hill, the grey, dim lighting suddenly shifts to bright and sunny.
Continuity mistake: When Steve steps outside the spacecraft, his helmet is red. In the very next shot, it appears white.
Continuity mistake: When Steve jumps over the dumpster, his black high-heeled boots switch to black sneakers.
Continuity mistake: Steve grabs his hot dog and takes a big bite. Seconds later, the hot dog is whole again. Although it's a very short shot, the close angle makes the mistake visible.
Continuity mistake: The white pickup's rear-view mirror disappears during the chase and is replaced by a black spot.
Continuity mistake: When the white pickup is about to hit Steve, an extreme close-up of the grille reveals it's a different model, with a different licence plate and a red emblem.
Continuity mistake: When the white pickup starts chasing Steve, it is surrounded by cars in the close-up, but in the wide shot there are none. (00:32:31)
Continuity mistake: After the henchmen blow out the tire, it appears reinflated in the next shot when the car starts skidding. It is better noticed when Steve overturns the car.
Little Orphan Airplane - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: Steve throws a log and drives it into the ground. In the next shot, check the smooth bark and the polished top part, and you'll notice that the log is different.
Continuity mistake: When Sloan's robotic mask falls off, his hairstyle looks completely different from how it appeared before.
Continuity mistake: Before Sloan and Steve's final fight, when Sloan runs towards the helicopter, the sky keeps switching between grey and cloudy to bright blue.
Continuity mistake: When the helicopter chases Steve, there's a hole in the window where a gun protrudes in the close-ups - yet in the wide shots, the gun is gone and the hole is sealed. This alternates back and forth throughout the scene.
Continuity mistake: When Steve's car skids, its side is spotless - but when it overturns, it's covered in scratches, revealing that a different car was used.
Continuity mistake: The logo on the hubcap of the blown-up tyre changes between shots.
