Continuity mistake: When Phil has Myron pushed against the lockers and the sunglasses are on, one scene shows that they are not on his ear. In the next scene when they show Myron the sunglasses are placed perfectly on his ear.
Continuity mistake: When Marla pours the smoothie down Phil's top, she pulls it open and tips it to the bottom, presumably landing in his lap, and there's no smoothie on the chest of his sweater, but later when he's walking with Keely, the stain is on his chest.
Continuity mistake: When Phil's dad makes Phil's toe, he only makes one, but when Phil in in the tomato thing, you see he has 2 new ones.

Continuity mistake: During lunch when they are sitting at the picnic tables, Troy hands Keely a medal that is blue, and when she puts it around her neck it is yellow.
