Revealing mistake: In the episode where Phil tries out for the gymnastics team, when he is on the bar you can see it's not Phil, and "Phil" has those special gymnast gloves on that disappear when he dismounts.
Continuity mistake: When Marla pours the smoothie down Phil's top, she pulls it open and tips it to the bottom, presumably landing in his lap, and there's no smoothie on the chest of his sweater, but later when he's walking with Keely, the stain is on his chest.
