Revealing mistake: When Raymond and Robert visit the ATM to get money out and it starts to close, they start to kick and hit it. You can see the whole wall moving as they do so.
Factual error: Robert's voyeuristic neighbors are using the same elevator as Robert does and tease him about seeing him and Amy through his bedroom window. But if they were able to see into his bedroom, they would not be using that elevator; it would be in another building. From the outside shot of his apartment building, it would be impossible to look into his bedroom.
Visible crew/equipment: When Ray tells Frank that they have to talk and Ray goes to sit down, visible camera equipment can be seen for a second at the top of the screen. (00:08:35)
Factual error: It's Thanksgiving and Ray and Frank want to watch football. Ray's mother changes the channel to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. But these programs are not on at the same time. The parade always ends at about noon. The first game starts at about 1:00 and the second game starts at about 4:00.
Continuity mistake: On Ray's house, the small window at the base of the stairs is not seen in the outside view typically shown before and after commercial breaks.
Character mistake: In this episode, Raymond says that after three times of proposing to Debra, she said no, and he didn't give up. However, in "The Pilot", Raymond says that the third time he proposed, she said yes.
The Toaster - S3-E12
Visible crew/equipment: Throughout the episode lighting reflections can be seen in The Toaster, which is most noticeable in the opening and when they are at Bloomingdales.
I Love You - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: Debra is sitting up in bed holding a magazine and talking to Ray. She quickly puts the magazine down in her lap as she says something to Ray but then in the next shot, she's holding the magazine up again. (00:05:25)
Continuity mistake: After their engagement in 2-25 "The Wedding", Debra introduces Ray to her priest Fr Hubley but in this flashback episode "The First Time" Marie brings Fr Hubley to Debra's apartment to meet her. The priest mentions that "he's known the Barones for quite some time."
I Love You - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: In the pilot, Ray and Debra's bedroom has no windows by the bedroom door, and the closet and bed are near it. In episode two, windows appear near the bedroom door, and the closet is on the opposite side of the room. (00:05:30)
The Tenth Anniversary - S4-E16
Continuity mistake: In this episode, it is snowing outside but in "The Wedding Pt1" the date that they book for the reception is on the 17th of June.
Continuity mistake: In "The Suitcase" Ray says he bought wooden spoons and forks. In other episodes the spoons and forks are metal.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the series when the exterior of Ray's house was shown there are steps leading to the front door. In one episode Ray's mother drives a car through the wall and when she drives off there are no steps. Where did they go?
Continuity mistake: Ray offers to rub Debra's feet instead of doing another chore. He takes her black socks off and throws them on the floor, under the table. The socks can be seen for a few shots, in the same spot, after Robert comes in. At one point, however, one of Debra's black socks can be seen on the couch in the middle, and in the next shot, the sock has been removed.
Other mistake: In the first episode "The Pilot", the outside of Raymond's house and the bedroom both look different than in the rest of Season 1.
Visible crew/equipment: The overhead microphone slips into the view many times.
Suggested correction: This needs to be way more specific.
The Finale - S9-E16
Continuity mistake: When the entire family is sitting around the table, Marie places syrup on the table twice.
Revealing mistake: During the scene when Ray is by himself in bed, he hears a noise in the hall. He goes to see what's there, and just as he is about to go back to bed he turns the hall light off. The light goes off before he puts the switch down.
Confronting the Attacker - S4-E23
Other mistake: Notice Ray Romano's face in the opening scene, after Robert grabs him and kisses him. Ray is trying to look disgusted, but it is taking everything within him not to burst out laughing.
Character mistake: When Deborah wants to show Raymond's newspaper article to Frank, she calls him "Ray" instead of Frank.
