Continuity mistake: In the episode "24" when Rosario brings the huge popcorn can in, which has Stan's ashes in it for them to scatter, she puts it down in front of the table, at about the center of it. In following shots the location of the can has changed, moving more to the left / right, etc.
Bacon & Eggs - S5-E2
Continuity mistake: When Jack and Will are outside behind the hedges, stalking Kevin Bacon, Jack hands the binoculars over to Will. Will holds the binoculars with one hand in one shot, but in the next shot he has both hands on them.
Fagmalion Part Two: Attack of the Clones - S5-E15
Continuity mistake: Leo brings Grace a cookie bouquet to her workplace, and sets it down on her desk. In following shots, the position of the cookies changes a couple of times, most noticeably as Karen comes out from hiding behind the screen.
Continuity mistake: When Karen is sitting on the sofa talking to her new roommate Liz, she pours some of her can of coke into her glass, and puts the can down on the table. In the very next shot the can is suddenly back in her hand again.
Continuity mistake: When Karen and Jack are eating outside Jack's apartment on the small table, they both have plates of egg. Between shots during their conversation, the arrangement of the egg on their plates changes a few times.
Fagmalion Part Four: The Guy Who Loved Me - S5-E19
Continuity mistake: Karen is pretending to be a maid in her own hotel suite, and she has a big cleaning cart, which has buckets full of items and objects which lay all over the table. As Karen talks with Grace the positions of these items change at various times.
Continuity mistake: When Will gets up from the sofa, as he speaks with Grace, a small white cushion with black dots all over it falls over on the sofa. In a following shot you can see that the cushion has now magically up righted itself.
Fagmalion Part Three: Bye, Bye, Beardy - S5-E18
Continuity mistake: Grace lays out some dresses and accessories on the bed, for Will to choose for her to wear. After Will picks up one dress and takes it over to the mirror, the dresses and accessories on the bed change position between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Grace and Leo are speaking at the table in the coffee shop, the brown paper bag laying on the table in between them keeps changing position and also keeps alternating from being open to closed.
Sex, Losers and Videotape - S5-E20
Continuity mistake: After Connie leaves Will's office, we see a stack of files on Will's desk, to his left. Then Grace enters his office, and now these files have vanished from the desk, and are now on the other side of the desk, to Will's right. In following shots they keep swapping sides.
Boardroom and a Parked Place - S5-E6
Continuity mistake: Grace recognizes Karen's limo parked on the street and comments on the red, green, and yellow paint on the bumper where she hit that clown. Actually, the colors on the bumper are yellow, red, and a bright blue.
Sex, Losers and Videotape - S5-E20
Continuity mistake: When Will, Karen and Mr. Stine are sitting down for their second love stinks club, in close-ups of Karen, we see her bag is up on her chair to her right, on the seat. But in wide shots the bag has now jumped to the floor, beside the chair.
Continuity mistake: When Will, Grace, Leo, Jack and Karen are out in the park with the picnic, the football which Jack throws boomerangs back. The items on the picnic spread change position a few time, and also after the football smashes them.
Bacon & Eggs - S5-E2
Continuity mistake: When Kevin Bacon is talking to Will about the cardboard cutout, Kevin throws the cutout down and it lands flat on the floor. In later shots the cutout is now leaning up against the fireplace. Then, later, it completely vanishes.
Continuity mistake: After Will puts on his robe because Leo walks in, Will ties the robe straps so that one strap is much longer than the other one. During his conversation with Leo though, between shots, the straps suddenly both become the same length.
Sex, Losers and Videotape - S5-E20
Continuity mistake: The water bottle vanishes from table after Will puts it down, when Mr. Stine and Karen arrive.
Boardroom and a Parked Place - S5-E6
Continuity mistake: When Will is talking to Mr. Stine in the company toilets, as Stine acts all nervous, Mr. Stine's tie knot changes position a few times during their conversation, and in some shots it is pulled up tight and sometimes more loose.
Fagmalion Part Four: The Guy Who Loved Me - S5-E19
Visible crew/equipment: When the maintenance man walks over from the fireplace, towards Karen, saying "The true pride that comes..." the camera pans around the glass table, and the whole stage light and stand is reflected in it.

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Grace is running through the park, and she unexpectedly runs right into a lamppost. When she hits the lamppost, the lamppost shakes very violently, like a cheap set lamppost.
Continuity mistake: When Will and Jack are having breakfast, in one shot Will pours some milk into his cereal bowl, then puts the milk bottle down on the table, and it doesn't have the lid on it. In the next shot the red lid is now screwed on top.
