Revealing mistake: Throughout almost the entire sword fight between Buffy and Angel, from the far away shots, its clear that the actors are stunt doubles. It's very visible when there is a shot from the top.(00:34:05)
Revealing mistake: When Buffy and Angel are sword-fighting, the camera pans up and to the side, you can see David Boreanaz's stunt double. His hair line is farther back then David Boreanaz's.
Continuity mistake: When Buffy is talking to Riley, she puts the scarf on her head, on his hand. He talks to her and says "Maybe I am the bad guy," and in the next frame her scarf is back on her head again, then off again in the next frame.(00:24:20)
Spike: You listen to me. [Kneels in front of her.] I've been alive a bit longer than you, and dead a lot longer than that. I've seen things you couldn't imagine, and done things I prefer you didn't. I don't exactly have a reputation for being a thinker. I follow my blood, which doesn't exactly rush in the direction of my brain. So I make a lot of mistakes, a lot of wrong bloody calls. A hundred plus years, and there's only one thing I've ever been sure of: you. [Buffy looks away; he reaches toward her face.] Hey, look at me. I'm not asking you for anything. When I say, "I love you, " it's not because I want you or because I can't have you. It has nothing to do with me. I love what you are, what you do, how you try. I've seen your kindness and your strength. I've seen the best and the worst of you. And I understand with perfect clarity exactly what you are. You're a hell of a woman. You're the one, Buffy. Buffy: [Quietly.] I don't wanna be the one.
Trivia: At the Bronze, Buffy sees someone whom she thinks is Angel. Until his face becomes visible, revealing it's someone else, the man she sees is played by David Boreanaz.
Question: Was the process in which a vampire sires a human borrowed from Francis Ford Coppola's Bram Stoker's Dracula? Having seen that film recently, I noticed that, when Dracula sires Mina, the process was the same. Or was it taken from vampire mythology?
Chosen answer: It is classic vampire mythology.
