Shinryakusha o ute - S1-E3

Revealing mistake: When the monster is revealed behind a column as the troops enter the building and it splits in two mirror images, they did not stop the clock in the background, which reveals whenever they stopped filming to change things in frame.

Other mistake: At the beginning of the episode it is said that the events take place 38 hours apart. It's 2:25 PM. We see then Arashi get up in the middle of the night, so it could easily be midnight...but then he reaches the station and it's daylight, and the kid is in his car, even. Moreover, when the troops enter, a clock inside the building points 2:10.

Mugen e no pasupĂ´to - S1-E18

Revealing mistake: When Ultraman finally confronts the fake Ultraman (Zarab), one of the shots shows the two Ultramans rotating around, followed by a right-hand punch right to the fake's left neck. At the end of the shot, the suit actor can be seen wagging his right arm in mid-air, possibly hitting the neck too hard. What's even noticeable is that parts of the silver paint on the right glove fall off. (00:23:34)

Narrator: Using his beta capsule, Hayata becomes Ultraman.

Saraba Urutoraman - S1-E40

Trivia: The unused script of the final fight between Ultraman and Zetton was entirely different, as it shows Zetton ripping apart Ultraman's colour timer. In the end, Zoffy will save Ultraman and defeat Zetton. However, the writing team decided not to use it because it was deemed too violent, and it portrayed Ultraman, the main hero, being cut. This alternate ending can also be seen in the game Ultraman Fighting Evolution 3 during the Ultraman vs Zetton mission.
