Character mistake: The chemical structure that Lucy has to draw is structurally wrong in multiple ways. The hexagon that has the "OH" should have more bonds in it, and they failed to connect the carbon bonded to the nitrogen to the correct part of the carbon ring.
Character mistake: When the sergeant's partner gets shot and Chen calls it in, she says he got away in a black Buick, but the car was a Honda Civic. (00:10:52)
Continuity mistake: In the episodes before "La Fiera," Nolan's new truck is a black Toyota Tundra. However, after that episode, it changes to a Nissan Titan, yet his character still says, "black Toyota Tundra."

The Choice - S5-E4
Trivia: We see Bailey and her team of firefighters arrive at the house on Engine 118, which is the same engine that Captain Nash is in charge of on 9-1-1, also set in Los Angeles.
Question: Every episode when the officers set up their "shop," they take two "war bags," a shotgun and a non-lethal shotgun. Why is the non-lethal shotgun never used?
Answer: It's been used several times. Nolan's first T.O., Bishop, used it during a home invasion call for one example.
