Continuity mistake: Bright is sitting in his quarters, exhausted. Mirai enters his room, and he zips his uniform up; it is specifically shown that the zipper goes past the undershirt. When Sayla sends the alert from the bridge, Bright jumps up and answers with the tank top showing. (00:07:00)
Other mistake: During the first phase of the battle with the Zeon forces, in particular in close-up when Amuro botches the landing from the catapult and drags the mobile suit belly down onto the rocks, the V shaped head ornament is entirely red, instead of being red in the middle section and white in the fins.
