Revealing mistake: In the open scene, Gannon takes a pill and hand-cups it into his mouth. As he removes his hand, you can see the pill bounce off his cheek, down his jacket to the floor, but he acts like he took it.
Revealing mistake: About 8 minutes in, they are out investigating, asking questions. The auto shop in the background has the word alignment misspelled as alinement.
Character mistake: The second Mrs. Loomis describes Mr. Loomis as having brown eyes to Friday and Gannon. Later when they are interrogating Loomis, a close-up on his face show his eyes are blue.
Trivia: In this episode, the murder victim's name is given as Reiko Hashimoto, and at one point, Gannon shows Friday a couple of photographs of her. Reiko Hashimoto was the maiden name of Reiko Douglas, the wife of comedy writer, author, and perennial talk show guest Jack Douglas, and the photographs used are of her.
