Stupidity: Dillon gets handed another cop's gun so he can join in the fight. He immediately racks the slide to put a round in the chamber and walks off without even checking if there was already one there. For all he knew, he'd be ejecting an unspent round. (00:22:30)

Stupidity: Kiera's managed to blast Travis away from her; he's not slowed down much, and instead of shocking him again, stunning him further, whatever, she instead runs away from him in a straight line, making her an easy target for his electromagnetic pulse, something she knows full well his suit is capable of.
Family Time - S1-E9
Stupidity: Kiera's finally got her bullet-proof suit back, but still runs around during an armed conflict with the zip down to show some cleavage, rather than done up to her neck for maximum protection. The guy who shoots at her in a panic could easily have hit her exposed chest.
Stupidity: During a shootout in front of a bank, one of the bank robbers lays his shotgun on the trunk of a car and yells "I'm out!" However, he has 6 additional rounds in a shell holder on the side of the gun. (00:35:20)
