Revealing mistake: When Phoebe freezes the secretary, you can see that she is frozen before Phoebe's "freeze breath" gets to her.
Plot hole: It turns out that the Venus Fly Trap ate Dr. Collosso, but this doesn't make sense for a few reasons. 1. There's no way that it could've opened the kennel without completely destroying the door. 2. The shot was off it for only 3 seconds, it couldn't have eaten him in that amount of time.
Revealing mistake: When the Venus Fly Trap is shrinking back to normal, the wires holding it up can be seen.

Continuity mistake: When Avery wins the cup-stacking contest, a cup is knocked over on Barb's pile. Two shots later, it is standing upright.

Continuity mistake: When Max and Phoebe are in the kitchen for the first time, at one point Phoebe's hair is resting on her right shoulder, but in the next shot her hair is behind her back.
Continuity mistake: After Max's flashback, Nora's pencil changes position on her notepad.
Continuity mistake: When Max pours his breakfast smoothie in the garbage, you can see what is written on the chalkboard. In the next shot something else is written on it.
Deliberate mistake: When the chickens are first shown, one of them is upside down.
Suggested correction: Not a mistake. This was part of a game where many things in the episode were intentionally flipped upside down, and people had to click everything that was upside down on Nick.com. Another thing that is upside down is the Hiddenville Park sign, which was submitted as a mistake and has been corrected.
Plot hole: The book that hit Phoebe 2 in the head actually hit her on the shoulder, not the head. She should not have turned dumb.
Nothing to Lose Sleepover - S1-E16
Continuity mistake: When Max and Dr. Colosso jump onto Phoebe's sleeping bag there are 2 pillows, a light blue pillow, and a dark blue pillow. When Max lands on the sleeping bag the dark blue pillow disappears.
