The Flash

Crisis on Earth-X, Part 3 - S4-E8

Stupidity: After the power cuts out, Thawne realises an obvious hiding spot and races to the secret room. He sees it's empty and just...stops looking? We literally just saw The Flash take a fraction of a second to scout out an entire enemy base we're told was 22km away! While he's dawdling in the secret room, Iris and Felicity get to Kara, knock out the guards, and get her down the corridor to the lift. He could have checked the entirety of Star Labs 10 times over in that time.

The Race of His Life - S2-E23

Stupidity: When Barry agrees to race Zoom, he says he'll do it but only if he brings Joe with him. He could have also asked to bring the man in the iron mask as well as he swore that he would free him.

Mother - S7-E3

Stupidity: The team knows that Eva can snatch people through any reflective surface, and make a great show of killing the lights to prevent reflections...which are then replaced by emergency lighting, rendering the whole process pointless. They also drop shutters over the outside of the windows, leaving the reflective windows themselves unprotected inside the lab! And Barry promptly stares pensively into one at close range...and is of course snatched by Eva.

Attack on Central City - S3-E14

Factual error: Wells states that there are "precisely 90,000" possible 5-digit combinations for the keypad (to abort the nuclear code). However, there are actually 100,000 possible combinations (10^5).

Barry Allen: My name is Barry Allen and I'm the fastest man alive. When I was a child, I saw my mother killed by something impossible. My father went to prison for her murder. Then an accident made me the impossible. To the outside world, I'm just an ordinary forensic scientist, but secretly I use my speed to fight crime and find others like me, and one day I'll find who killed my mother and get justice for my father. I am The Flash.

The Flash Reborn - S4-E1

Question: In the episode "Finish Line", the Speed Force tells Barry that he wouldn't experience the kind of hell that Savitar, Wally or Jay had. So why in this episode, when Barry leaves the Speed Force, does he seem confused and disoriented?
