Continuity mistake: When Carter is talking to the boy who has asthma, at one point he says something like "I'm trying to help," notice the tube is not in the boy's mouth. The angle then changes, and he is holding the tube in his mouth instantly.

Continuity mistake: When Carter is doing the eye test on the old woman, between shots he is holding the glass in front of a different eye instantly.

Continuity mistake: When Anna is holding the "virtual pet" after realising it has died, in the shots from the front she is holding it in both hands, but from the back it's only in her right hand. It's tricky to see because there is a pile of papers in the way, but her left hand is folded in front of her in the shots from behind.

Continuity mistake: When Carter and Doyle are running down a corridor to the patient having a heart attack, the camera follows them along the floor and you can see several coloured lines going down the hall. After we see this, they burst through a double door, and if you look behind them you cannot see these lines anymore; they've simply vanished.
