The Swan Princess (1994)

Corrected entry: When Derek and Bromley are playing "Catch and Fire", Rodgers ties the apple on top of Bromley's head and then puts the helmet on Bromley. When he puts the helmet on him, the apple magically ends up on top of the helmet with no evidence that the helmet had a space to facilitate that.

Correction: If you watch the helmet, you can see on two occasions that there is a hole in the top for the apple to go through (one before the shot, one after the helmet falls to the ground). It's a small hole, but within reasonable suspension of disbelief for the style of cartoon.

Sucker Punch (2011)

Corrected entry: During the second dance sequence where Babydoll, Rocket, and Sweet Pea are fighting the strange gas-filled creatures to get to the map, Babydoll at one point picks up a spear of some kind and begins stabbing the creatures with it. However, there is one instance where she stabs one through the head near a wall, and it is blatantly obvious that she simply moved it to the side of his head so as not to harm the actor inside. You don't even need slow motion, I noticed it in the theater on my first time watching this movie.

Correction: It's her samurai sword, not a spear, and she is visibly stabbing the soldier in the shoulder, not the head.

Other mistake: At the end of the film when they arrive in NYC looking for the library, we know that they survived because they are inside with a roaring fire burning. But where is the smoke up above, as Jack Hall approaches? There must be a chimney, or else they would have all died of asphyxiation.

Suggested correction: As already corrected, just because we can't see an outlet for the smoke doesn't mean there isn't one. White smoke against white snow is very hard to see.

But they were still burning the books, which meant the smoke should be black, if they stop burning the books, the smoke would have been white, which isn't the case in the movie.

Just looked at a boatload of videos of burning books, including one in a fireplace, and the smoke was indeed white.

Shutter Island (2010)

Corrected entry: When Teddy starts to chase the crazy guy in the C Building, he hits a wall and yells to the crazy guy "hey, heeeeyyyy!" and immediately after this the shot is repeated, Teddy hits the same wall again and yells again. (01:04:55)

Correction: I've watched this a few times, both in context and out of context. It's not a mistake; it's one of the many techniques used to create atmosphere in this movie, just like the intentional continuity and missing cup errors in the interview scene earlier.

Pineapple Express (2008)

Corrected entry: When James Franco is driving the police car, he kicks a hole through the windscreen of the police car and his foot is stuck there for a while. Thirty seconds later, the hole in the windscreen is twice as big and you see that there are three people in the car and not two.

Correction: This is not a mistake. If you watch Franco pulling his foot out of the window you can see extra glass falling inside the car - obviously the hole got bigger when he pulled his foot back out. There are not three people in the car, this is actually Rogen sitting far to the left of the rear passenger seat. It looks like he's sitting in the middle in the closeup, but it is actually the left.
