Correction: I have pictures of me wearing the same shirt on different days. Just because she is wearing the same shirt from the picture doesn't make it a mistake.

So do I, but it's rather rare to see a character on television wearing the same clothes in pictures and in scenes. They most likely took the picture the day they filmed and let it go at that.
