Doctor Who (1963)

Show generally

Corrected entry: Throughout the show, the doors on the inside of the TARDIS (white with circular panels) are different from those on the outside (usually blue police box doors). Numerous shots disprove the notion of two sets of doors. The most obvious incident is the shot near the beginning of The Sensorites that tracks out through the TARDIS doors.

Correction: The TARDIS exterior is an automatic "mask" for what is inside, that changes to fit the surroundings (it broke and got stuck as a police box.) When the doors are opened, both the inside and the outside of the doors appear from the outside to match the exterior appearance otherwise opening the door would spoil the illusion.

Will & Grace (1998)

Season 6 generally

Corrected entry: At the end of the episode (6-3), Will's mother finds a video in his apartment whose title she describes as "Splendor in the Grass, with the G-R missing." The only problem is that "Splendor in the Ass" really is the title of a pornographic film, but it's a straight film - not a gay one like Will would own. (I looked it up on the Internet, I swear.)

Correction: "Splendor in the Ass", if you look on search engines, is also a title of a gay video/DVD. If you include Gay in your search along with the title you will probably find it.

The Simpsons (1989)

Show generally

Corrected entry: In some episodes where they show Marge as a teenager, she has long hair thats down and straight. In others, she has her hair the way it is currently, straight up.

Correction: Marge as a "child" had her hair up like her mother, she than had it down when she was in high school but put it up again for the prom and later put it up permanently.
