Prometheus (2012)

Corrected entry: Just after the Prometheus destroys itself by driving into the alien ship, the alien ship lands on the ground and the ship starts falling onto Elizabeth and Meredith. They start running directly away from the ship as fast as they can, but in exactly the same direction in which it's falling. If they had ran in literally any other direction, they would be perfectly safe within seconds.

Casual Person

Correction: There is no way they could have known the ship was going to "roll" in that direction. We only know this in hindsight. The ship could have easily fallen sideways and the direction they ran would have worked out.

Prometheus (2012)

Corrected entry: Shaw found David's head and body in the same place that they'd fallen after the Engineer attacked him. But considering that the entire spaceship had just violently crashed, shouldn't the parts of his body been tossed all over the chamber?

Teru_Kage

Correction: David's head and body were initially on the deck of the big cannon. Shaw later found both on the lower levels. Indicating that they were tossed around. Located near each other is coincidence but not impossible.

Prometheus (2012)

Corrected entry: How did the Engineer get from the crashed ship to the lifeboat without a spacesuit and why didn't the "hull breach" cause oxygen to leak when the he tore into the lifeboat?

Correction: The Engineers most likely did not need a suit on that planet, as shown by the free roaming Engineer at the start of the movie. The engineer did not "tear" into the lifeboat. He entered through the door like humans do. Besides the rooms in the Lifeboat are sealed; so oxygen can flow even with any breach in another room.
