Corrected entry: When the Source, as Shane, stabbed Cole, it was broad daylight. The sisters and Leo didn't find him to heal him until late at night. This means that Cole's semiconscious, bleeding body was lying next to a city sidewalk for half a day without being noticed by anyone.

Corrected entry: When Paige decides to use magic to show Glenn that she really is a witch, she casts a spell that is supposed to "expand his imagination," but instead makes his body able to expand and contract like elastic. But why would Paige cast an unfamiliar spell on Glenn, instead of just using her orbing talent to provide quick and obvious proof of the reality of magic?
Correction: Because by "expanding his imagination" he will be more likely to believe and accept what she is telling him, while simply orbing might make him freak out and not be able to accept it.

Corrected entry: In the scene where Paige's coworker Donnie makes a crack at Billy the mail boy about his inability to "tear [himself] away from the cleavage in this section," he glares accusingly at Paige. But Paige was wearing a high-necked red blouse. She certainly looked attractive, but there was no cleavage in sight.
Correction: Donnie is a jerk. He made a mean comment about Paige that probably had more to do with the kind of clothes she usually wears than what she was wearing that particular day.

Corrected entry: After Skye's body is found, Darryl says that "The coroner says it's as if she fell off a twenty-story building." But when did the coroner ever see this body? They're still at the crime scene, and the body hasn't even been moved from the bed yet.
Correction: If you watch any show like Law & Order or CSI, you will see the coroner arrive at the scene of the crime, often before the police. It makes perfect sense for the medical examiner to see the body before they leave the scene.

Corrected entry: When Piper changes out of her maternity clothes, she does so in her bedroom closet. But that's the same closet that she and Leo converted into a nursery at the beginning of the season. There is no explanation of why and how it was once again filled with clothes.

Witch Wars - S6-E21
Corrected entry: It is mentioned that a good witch who was murdered had the power of shooting fire from her hands. But when Phoebe exhibited a fire-throwing power in the fourth season, Leo was immediately alarmed because that is an upper level demonic power. And Phoebe's past life incarnation had a pyrokinetic power in episode 2-14: "Pardon My Past," which her cousins bound and also banned from occurring again in the future. The bottom line is, good witches don't shoot fire from their hands.
Correction: What about the witch killed in "Something Wicca This Way Comes"? This isn't the first time a good witch has summoned fire - the reason Leo was alarmed was because of the manner of Phoebe's power, not the fact that it involved fire. Phoebe's ancestors banned the power from occurring again within the family line, but wouldn't have had the power to banish it from all witches.

I've Got You Under My Skin - S1-E2
Corrected entry: Prue smugly chastises Phoebe for trying to use magic for personal gain when she plays the lottery numbers from her vision. Not addressed in the episode is the fact that Prue used her telekinesis to prevent the elevator from stopping at everyone else's floors when she was on her way up to her interview at Buckland's.

Corrected entry: Leo tells Piper that "there was no one there to finish [her baby book] after [her] mother died," and that's why every page from "The Sixth Year" onwards is blank. But Piper and her sisters were raised by Grams after Patty died. Why wouldn't Grams have continued filling in the baby book?
Correction: Maybe seeing the baby book that Patti started and never got a chance to finish was too painful for her. It's not really a mistake, it's impossible to predict how grief will affect people.

Corrected entry: In this episode, Cole has become the Source, and he has no trouble attending his own wedding to Phoebe in a church. But in episode 4-2: "Charmed Again (2)," we learned that the Source cannot enter a church at all.
Correction: The Source couldn't enter the church in "Charmed Again (2)" because of the gargoyles. Not every church has gargoyles - maybe the one Phoebe and Cole were getting married in didn't, which would allow him to enter. Given how careful he was about planning the wedding, I'm sure he would have made sure of that first.

Size Matters - S4-E5
Corrected entry: In episode 3-5: "Sight Unseen," the sisters learned the importance of taking mundane precautions when it comes to their personal safety, after Prue was stalked and almost killed by a mortal human being. Particularly stressed was the need to lock their door. In this episode, however, Paige comments that the front door was unlocked, and Leo says that the front door is usually left that way since otherwise demons just break the door down.

Corrected entry: Any time Leo uses his healing touch on someone, their damaged clothing is repaired and their blood stains disappear. Since Leo can't even heal injured animals, his power certainly wouldn't have any effect on torn fabric.
Correction: Since Leo fixes broken pipes with his power in "Saving Private Leo" and the P3 sign in "Size Matters", we can assume that he can heal just about anything. It's anyone's guess why he can't heal animals.
Correction: It is possible that no one saw him, this is not a mistake.
