Continuity mistake: At Woodlawn, after McClane takes Russo out and taunts Gabriel over the radio, Gabriel sends Rand after him, saying, "Kill this guy, and I'll give you Mai's share." But four minutes later, when Gabriel has Lucy talk to McClane on the radio, Rand can be seen standing casually against the wall behind him, even though he already left. Continuity mistake: In the first book, Devil on My Back, Arbor is Rowan's brother, and she is teased because of Groundsel's interest in her (Chapter 4: Rowan). But in the sequel, The Dream Catcher, all of a sudden Groundsel is Rowan's brother, and Rowan says she had promised to marry Arbor (Chapter 9: The Sharing). The two male characters have been reversed.

Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the book (p. 361 in my paperback edition) there is a chapter called "The Fifteenth Day: Friday, 17 December." The mistake is that the next chapter is called "The Sixteenth Day: Saturday, 17 December". The book has December 17th occurring two days in a row.
