Continuity mistake: In the scene where Sam is being interrogated at the police station, the cop catches the drug bottle with the bottom facing up. When it cuts, the top is facing up. (00:38:20)

Continuity mistake: When Banachek shows Secretary Kellar the photo of Blackout from Qatar, the photo is a photo taken of the transformer in the Beagle 2 video. It's not the photo Epps took of Blackout. You can tell because Blackout has a box-shaped body and the transformer in the photo has a slender body.

Continuity mistake: When Bumblebee "breaks down" on the side of the road, a book appears in Sam's hand that wasn't there before. (00:24:10)

Continuity mistake: When Sam is looking at Bumblebee at the car lot, he wipes some of the grease off of the Autobot insignia. When Bumblebee blows out all the windows, all the grease is gone. (00:13:55 - 00:14:50)

Continuity mistake: During the final battle, Sam and Mikaela tie Bumblebee down to the truck. When Mikaela says, "No matter what happens, I'm really glad I got in that car with you," Bumblebee is gone. (01:59:00)

Continuity mistake: When the Autobots arrive at Sam's house, we only see Optimus, Jazz, and Bumblebee driving up to the house. But when they transform, Ironhide and Ratchet have appeared and Jazz is nowhere to be seen. Later, Jazz appears from nowhere. Also, when Sector 7 arrives, the Autobots are gone without a trace.
