Corrected entry: Not long after Mr. White takes the little black book from Joe in the opening diner scene, Mr. White starts mimicking Joe by reading names from the book when a customer in the background walks up to pay his check. It look suspiciously like Steven Seagal. He has the cockiness, swagger and famous pony tail Steven Seagal sported when this film was made.
