Continuity mistake: When the henchmen leave after the fight behind the Wonderland Weather building, Steed notices a map on the ground. It moves by itself between shots, and there's no wind.

Continuity mistake: When John Steed and the Invisible Man are talking, the man takes a folder and opens it, but doesn't moves the file in it. In the next shot, the file is open.

Continuity mistake: When the mechanics attacks Steed in the first scene, they push the door open. It is locked when he has finished with them.

Revealing mistake: When Peel is serving tea to Steed, the sunlight is so strong that you can see through the cups. There's no liquid at all in them.

Other mistake: The shot of Big Ben destroyed by lightning looks strangely like the Big Ben exploding in the film "Mars Attacks" (1996).

Suggested correction: Whether or not it is the same footage or just similar, it's not a valid mistake as there no continuity or factual errors involved, etc. It's trivia at best, if the two films can be tied together and there's documented reports of someone involved in the films admitting the footage was reused.
