Jurassic Park (1993)
Answer: There is a phenomenal book that actually covers this in great detail called "The Science of Jurassic Park and the Lost World or, How to Build a Dinosaur". It's a little-known gem. Sadly, it's mostly out of print.
It sells on eBay for less than a fiver.
Chosen answer: No. There are a number of reasons why this is not possible, including the fact that DNA simply doesn't remain preserved for that long. See http://www.iflscience.com/technology/could-jurassic-park-ever-come-true for more details.
DNA has a half-life of five hundred and twenty-one years. In other words, just five hundred and twenty years after the death of the organism, half the bonds holding the nucleotides - the basic building blocks of DNA - together would have broken. Never mind 65 million; after just 6.8 million years, every single bond would be broken, and you'd have a soup of chemical gunk, some phosphates, maybe some simple sugars. You aren't going to reverse engineer a yeast cell out of that, never mind a dinosaur.
