Corrected entry: When Leela lifts Lucy Liu's jar off the pedestal, the pressure sensor alarm goes off. But then she puts Madeline Albright's jar on Lucy's pedestal to silence the alarm, and the alarm on Albright's pedestal didn't sound.

Corrected entry: When Fry says he'll lend Zoidberg his arm, he holds it up. It has the right hand, but bends like the left arm.

Correction: It's definitely bending like a right arm would.

Corrected entry: When Zoidberg cuts off Fry's right arm, it changes to a left arm lying on the ground.

Correction: It's still the right arm, you can tell because the hand is facing palm up and the thumb is on the right side, although it's upside down in the shot. You can tell because if Fry's thumb was extended, the thumb and forefinger would make an "L"
