Continuity mistake: After Lois and Jimmy get in a helicopter, the scene changes back to Doomsday and Superman fighting on a street. As Superman is attacking Doomsday, there is a yellow car in the street behind the creature. Superman then gets a few good hits off, and sends Doomsday flying backwards through the air. Suddenly the yellow car has turned into a large 18 wheeler truck. (00:19:40)

Continuity mistake: Having saved the chopper, Superman and Doomsday go at it again in the street. As they are punching, you can see buildings on the left side of the street, and in the distance there is a small blue building with yellow windows and a taller building beside it to the left with a large sign on top. It then cuts to a close up of Superman getting a good punch to Doomsday's face followed by Doomsday smashing his elbow into Superman's face, and suddenly another building appears between the small blue building and the other one, and the large sign has vanished off the building that was beside it on the left. Continuity mistake: After Superman and Doomsday first being their fight, Superman uses his breath to start freezing Doomsday. But the beast still walks towards Superman as he is being frozen. A shot of Doomsday's feet show he walks onto ground that is already covered in ice as his feet begin to freeze. But the shot cuts to a side angle and suddenly the ground Doomsday is on is not frozen. Continuity mistake: After the soldier in the tank fires his .50 cal at Doomsday, the tank turns its cannon at him and fires. Behind the tanks you can see the guard rails of the bridge extend far into the city, showing they are still high up. But then when Doomsday charges the tanks the railing is shown stopping as they are at street level now. Also the city behind them changes up. (00:17:25)

Continuity mistake: When Superman and Lois kiss to make up for their first fight, she has her hand on his shoulder, about an inch away from his neck. It cuts to a close up, and suddenly her hand has moved to being half way on his neck. (00:15:40)

Continuity mistake: The tank Doomsday throws at the soldiers is damaged badly and the cannon is bent down, and very visible when Superman catches it and sets it down. But then after Superman freezes Doomsday, you can see the tank behind him, and the cannon is no longer bent. (00:17:55)

Continuity mistake: After the workers at Project Applecore discover Doomsday's ship, Dr. Murphy and the other two stand to look at it. One is standing in front with her adjacent behind him, and the other male worker behind her on the other side. When it cuts to a far shot of Doomsday's ship, suddenly the three of them are in line standing side by side. (00:06:15)

Continuity mistake: After Tess walks in, Lex turns and begins pressing buttons on a small hand held device. There are three green lights at the top. When the angle changes, suddenly the lights are smaller and his grip on the device changes. (00:06:45)

Revealing mistake: Dr. Murphy and another male worker at Project Applecore make fun of Lex Luthor and begin laughing at their own joke. As the guy laughs, one of the squares on the side of his hard hat does not move with the rest of him. His head, hat and the other squares bounce up and down as he laughs, but that one square stays put. (00:06:10)

Continuity mistake: When Lois and Perry are arguing in his office in the beginning, you can see his many plaques on his wall. Moments later when Perry is standing in his office door way talking to Clark, you can see the same wall and corner behind him. Now there are fewer plaques and they have moved around, most noticeably the round orange one now on the other side of the corner. Also the desk with books on it under the round orange plaque vanishes. (00:03:30 - 00:04:05)

Continuity mistake: As Lex is deducing that the alien race that trapped Doomsday on Earth did so because they couldn't kill it, he walks towards his window and looks at his reflection. It cuts to a close up and suddenly he is much closer to the window. (00:11:10)

Continuity mistake: When Lex is running way from Dark Superman after the clone lab is destroyed, he runs down the same hallway that Lois and Jimmy came through moments before. The pattern of the tiles on the floor is different between these times. (00:56:25 - 00:59:45)

Continuity mistake: The first row of incubation chambers holding the Superman clones when Lois and Jimmy walk in are holding small undeveloped infant clones next to the control consoles. But after Dark Superman destroys the lab and breaks the consoles, it shows fully grown adult clones on the floor where the incubation chambers were just destroyed by the console. Continuity mistake: In the Fortress of Solitude while Superman is in recovery, the robot has him doing exercises to build his strength. The shot pans over to show him pushing up on a weight machine. There are several vitals reading patches on his torso with cords hanging from him, except for two additional patches on his stomach that have no cords. It then cuts to a close up of him and suddenly the pointless patches on his stomach vanish. Also the parts he is pushing up against with his hands are instantly significantly smaller. (00:56:10)

Continuity mistake: Once Lois makes her presence known to Lex in his office, the camera pans over to show her standing in his double door leaning against the wall. In this shot, the left side of the door is closed and the right side open with her standing leaning against the right side door frame. But then it cuts to a close up of her and pans up, and now the left side of the door is what is open, and she is leaning against the closed right door. (00:54:00)

Continuity mistake: When Dark Superman is digging the led ball out of his brain with some scissors, the lady with blue hair faints and falls over. After Superman gets up and walks past where they are, the lady is suddenly gone. It cuts to a view of Superman's feet as he walks, and suddenly the blue hair lady is there again on the ground with a black lady and a redhead suddenly appearing on the ground helping her. (00:53:45)

Continuity mistake: When Lex is giving Dark Superman a list of Lex Corp competitors, there are two computer monitors shown on his desk. Then after Dark Superman is walking away in an over head shot, suddenly there is only one monitor. (00:52:10)

Continuity mistake: As Lex is telling Dark Superman that he is acting out of character, his desk is clear. Then while they are talking, a paper suddenly appears on his desk that he gives to Superman. (00:51:55)

Continuity mistake: In the overhead shot of the cat in the tree with the old lady, you can see the small stairs behind the lady with nothing beside them but a tree. It cuts to the cat in the tree then to the lady, and suddenly two trashcans appear beside the stairs under the window. The tree is not big enough to have covered both of them up in the previous shot. Continuity mistake: When we first see the old woman with her cat stuck in a tree, it's a higher angle showing the cat. This shot shows the cat is near the center of the tree on the left side of the tree, right where the tree splits off into two even sides. But then it cuts to a close up of the cat, and suddenly the cat is further out on a much smaller branch, and now on the other side of the tree as can tell by the way the limb is shaped. (00:49:55)
