Continuity mistake: When the lady pops out of the limo to fire an RPG at Bond and Nightshade, the rocket starts to pass by Bond and he flails his arms out, starting to move. Then, in the next shot, as the car is starting to explode, suddenly Bond's arms are straight down at his side and only start moving once he's flung by the explosion.

Continuity mistake: After Zoe is killed, Bond and R are kneeling beside her and there is nothing behind where R is as far as vehicles go. Then moments later, Bond jumps up and goes to get into his BMW and suddenly it's right behind R. Also, the shipping containers in the background change colours. The position of Zoe's legs also changes slightly.

Revealing mistake: When Bond is telling Zoe Nightshade, "One thing troubles me, how can I be sure you're the genuine article?" Zoe puts her hands on Bond's chest. Her fingers clip into his character model like she's putting her hand inside him.
