Continuity mistake: When we first see the sign outside the Quahog institute of performing arts, it has a cartoon take on the comedy and tragedy masks in the corners. In the left hand corner is a black mask with big ears and a smile and on the right is a white mask with a frown. Later on, the black mask has the frown and the white mask has the big ears and smile and the 3rd time you see the sign it has changed back again.

Continuity mistake: In Stewie's first acting class, the chairs all the children are sitting on are blue but after Stewie has done his scene and he is talking to Olivia about her comment, the chairs are orange. (00:06:20 - 00:08:20)

Trivia: When all the family have been replaced by actors in this episode, the actors are re-enacting the very first episode of Family Guy where Peter gets drunk and the family are eating their breakfast while Peter is lying on the table.

Continuity mistake: During the 'So Long, Farewell' parody, Stewie is seen putting his head on the landing on the stairs, when it cuts back to him, his head is resting on the second stair from the top. (00:04:30)
