Trivia: At the very end of the episode, Eric sinks all 15 billiard balls as well as the cue ball. This was achieved on the very first take. Will Friedle almost ruined the take with his surprised look. According to him, the person who set up the balls in such a manner to make the shot possible told him that the cue ball wasn't necessarily supposed to go in as well. Supposedly, it was a world record for the most billiard balls sunk in one shot for a television or film production.

Trivia: Darlene Vogel, who played Mr. Turner's brief love interest, Kat Tompkins, made her film debut in Back to the Future Part II. Will Friedle, being a big fan of that film, actually recognized her from it. He said it took him a day to work up the courage to finally approach her to talk to her about it.

Trivia: While filming the ice-skating scene, Nancy Kerrigan mentioned to Will Friedle that afterwards she would be going to rehab. Not realizing she was talking about her recent infamous leg injury, he responded to her by saying "Really, for what?" When she said it was for her leg, he responded with "How is that going?" The crew then informed the two that it was time to resume filming, which Friedle was thankful for, as the situation was quickly becoming very awkward for him.
