Continuity mistake: There is one shot in a scene in the kid's bedroom where you can see the 'monster' house through the window and it appears to be much further away than previously. In the next shot, it virtually fills up the whole window area again.

Factual error: In the scene towards the end, where Johnny Depp is making his speech in the House of Lords, he refers to 'due process of law', but uses the American pronunciation of the word 'process' (prah-sess) whereas the English would say 'proe-sess'.
