Corrected entry: Homer and his friends said that they couldn't picture Barney without the door handcuffed to him. The birthday party was two weeks ago, and he didn't have it on then.
Correction: That's not a mistake, it's just another one of many stupid things that the guys say.
Correction: What exactly is the mistake here? We are not shown what Lisa did or didn't notice when she was in Skinner's office and I cannot see what mistake there would be in either respect.
