Continuity mistake: The first time the camera cuts to Sofie and Nathan, dead on the bed, Nathan's head is in one position. The second time the camera cuts to them—both dead with rigor mortis having set in long ago so their bodies are frozen stiff—Nathan's head is in a different position.
